Q: Why don’t I need to use a dryer bag with WOOLITE® Dry Cleaner's Secret® Cleaning Cloth?
A: The WOOLITE® Dry Cleaner's Secret® Cleaning Cloth was specifically designed to eliminate the hassle of the bag. And because there’s no bag, it’s safe to use in smaller compact dryers and Laundromat-style dryers. Plus, without a bag, dirt and lint will collect in your dryer’s lint filter instead of redistributing onto your clothes.


Q: What temperature setting do I use on my dryer?
A: Use a Medium heat (low or Perma Press) setting on your dryer. If your dryer does not have these settings you can use High heat; however, the WOOLITE® Dry Cleaner's Secret® Cleaning Cloth will not work properly using the “Air Fluff” setting.


Q: Can I use the WOOLITE® Dry Cleaner's Secret® Cleaning Cloth to clean and freshen household items?
A: We only recommend using the WOOLITE® Dry Cleaner's Secret® Cleaning Cloth on small pillows and afghans. Do not overfill your dryer; items must tumble freely.


Q: Won’t the heat of the dryer shrink my clothes?
A: No, using the WOOLITE® Dry Cleaner's Secret® Cleaning Cloth with the heat of your dryer will not shrink your clothes because the formula is oil-based. It’s the combination of water from washing and the heat of your dryer that may cause some fabrics to shrink.


Q: What kinds of spots will the WOOLITE® Dry Cleaner's Secret® formula help clean?
A: The WOOLITE® Dry Cleaner's Secret®  formula is especially effective in cleaning oil-based stains, such as makeup, lipstick, mayonnaise, and salad dressing. Remember to always test for colorfastness before spot cleaning. Set-in or difficult-to-clean stains, such as cuff soil, may require a professional dry cleaner. This product is not meant to replace professional dry cleaning, but it can freshen your garments and take care of less serious spots, saving you time and money.


Q: Is this product safe?
A: Yes, WOOLITE® Dry Cleaner's Secret® Cleaning Cloths are environmentally safe and non-toxic. It does not contain perchloroethylene (perc) or trichloroethylene, the chemicals used by some dry cleaners.
